Jan. 28 (THEWILL) – Ifeanyi Ejiofor, legal adviser to Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), said Friday that his client “stands firm”.
Ejiofor made this known in a statement released on Friday, in an update on Kanu’s routine visit to the Department of State Services (DSS) headquarters, Abuja.
The statement reads: “Our visit to our tireless client – Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, remains positive as our legal strategies have been discussed, and he is in a firm spirit.
“Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu deeply appeals to Umu Chineke to avail himself of the peace initiative currently underway and not be distracted any longer. He further implored all Umu Chineke to keep their eyes on the ball as the enemies are struggling in vain. to entrench discord.
